How can I be sure we will be reimbursed for redeemed certificates?gThankYou guarantees reimbursement for legitimate certificates redeemed by you in accordance with the terms listed below and on the back of each certificate:We will reimburse you for the actual retail price of a single whole or half ham up to the limit indicated on the front of the Certificate plus 8¢ handling provided the Certificate is redeemed at the time of purchase for the product specified and prior to the expiration date shown on the front of the Certificate. Valid for any brand of ham. Certificates not properly redeemed will be void and held. Reproduction of this or any certificate is expressly prohibited. Any other use constitutes fraud. Bearer is responsible additional for costs of a single whole or half ham with a retail value that exceeds the maximum value printed on the front of this Certificate and for any applicable taxes. Void where taxed or restricted. Limit one certificate per ham purchased. What does the certificate look like?It is pictured below:
What should our cashiers know about gThankYou Ham Certificates?Please instruct cashiers to accept the Ham Certificates. Remind them the certificate is good ONLY for one whole or half ham of any brand. The ham can be fresh or frozen, whole or half, canned or not. The Cashier must write the retail price of the ham in the box on the back of the certificate.
Can I process the Certificates through my coupon clearinghouse?Yes. Certificates are a Manufacturer’s Coupon and should be processed the same way you currently handle any other Manufacturer’s Coupon by you and by your clearinghouse. gThankYou, LLC uses CMS as its coupon clearinghouse.
